Very disappointed

Upon receiving the package it had been leaking quite a bit contacted support never received a return package. Was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for the return envelope I never received and then send it back another 2 weeks to get a refund so 4 weeks before anything happened. But I realized I could unclog it with a safety pen and it would work but it was a tar like substance so I could hit it and then stir the tar anyways it was pointless and had no effect. I was injured in war and use it for pain and was really hopeful and excited about the product but it didn’t work and honestly I don’t even think it’s safe to vape tar.
