Either these are not 30mg or they are made with inferior product. I normally buy a brand called occurs naturally and they come in 10mg tabs. One of those is stronger than one of these. I have to take the entire 30mg to get the same effect as the 10mg from the other brand.

It packed a punch for such a small dose..

If 18mg suits your needs, these are the tablets for you.

These are the literally the first 7-OH tablets I’ve purchased that far exceeded my expectations in strength. I’ve bought 50+ different brands of tablets in the past, ranging in strength from 15mg up to 60mg, and they weren’t as strong.

It’s very hard these days to find a 7-OH product that matches what is advertised on the packaging.

People are way too fast to give 5 stars. 3 stars to me meets expectations, 4 stars is rare for me to give, and 5 stars almost never happens.

These are good and gives a slight boost of energy
