INSTRUCTIONS:
Please start with HALF a 7oh tablet (15mg) as your dosage. If this is your first time ingesting a 7OH product, we recommend only taking a QUARTER of a tablet (7.5mg). Place under tongue and let dissolve for best results. Do not take more than 1 tablet daily.
