I didn’t know how effective they were until trying to substitute common store brands to keep from waiting for shipping. Effective and excellent taste. Very good choice for dividing doses as well. The brilliant twist bottle deserves a Nobel prize. It’s so easy to take to work! I honestly wish I had more access to them locally.
