Surprised by the effects.

Personally didn't have any bad side effects, unlike with similar Rx products that give similar effects. Start to feel it set in after about 15 minutes, with effects to hit its peak 45 to 60 minutes and last an hour. With pleasurable effects lasting a few how's.

Easy to spilt in halfs, or even quarters. Easy to chew, with a very strong berry flavor, which wasn't bad at all.

I was impressed with them for a 30 mg tablet , they seem to work better than some of the higher mg tablets I tried , ie proxy bars
