Missing order and poor customer service contacts!

I still havent recieved my order even though the tracking states it was delivered. I have tried multiple ways to contact your very poor customer service provider and still have recieved zero response. Every time i dial your company number, it immediately drops the call. Please do the right thing and either refund me or send my product. I have never made a claim with your company and just want to be treated fairly. Additionally, i just made a order for buy 1 get three free and upon inputting my order, i was offered a free gift. I excepted the offer and was given 30 additional items. My order was excepted and finalized. The next day the offer was overriden and reconfigured however my free gift was taken away not even 1 item kinda a lousy deal if you ask me. NOT EVEN ONE!.
