Product, Shipping Speed, and Customer Service Help really would help

These Lemon ones were ok but the count in each package were all not 25 at all. 2 of yhe packets were 22 count and 1 packets was 23 count and I had no luck at all in contacting customer service while these took 8 or 9 days to arrive. I really hope someone would please get in touch with ma ASAP. I loved this company & always ordered from them but these past 3 times the above happened and even the two day shipping extra charge
has been more like 5 days not 2. Help would be absolutely wonderful, thank you!
