Great product at a great price and super fast shipping

70H is notorious for degrading fast, so no tab you buy -anywhere- will have the claimed dosage. It's just a fact of life. I hoped these single packs had fared better than the 5ct blister pack, and they did! The blisters were like 50 mg to me, but these I would put at 65-70 mg. That's really good compared to most others, and it shows these tabs are either fresh, were stored properly, or both.

The gentletablet is firm, but not so hard you can't easily quarter it with a knife. And it holds together when you do. Another plus. It dissolves quickly, so you have to remember to keep the juice under your tongue for around 5-10 minutes to get the most effect. (7OH and stomach acid are not friends. Only about 4% of what you swallow survives long enough to enter your bloodstream! Sublingual absorption is in the high 90% range! —IF you keep it there long enough.4-10 minutes after the tab is completely dissolved is fine.

You might have to be careful that you don't swallow it too early, because the watermelon fruit punch actually tastes pretty good. it has actual flavor, and is sweet with just a hint of bitterness. Even if you don't like it, you'll get used to it quickly.

The only cons are obviously, I dislike tabs being weaker than labeled, but it's an industrywide problem, not this product's fault.

My only issue is the packaging can't be torn open; you need knife or scissors. But that's a safety feature and a good thing to have, so that doesn't count either.

So, there really isn't anything bad to say about these little guys! 😺
