They seem to be very confused about how their refund policy works, specifically members of the customer service team and sales team. Website contradicts most of their claims about returns. They are alright overall.

It's a good flavor and a break from the blueberry and the strawberry. Which are pretty sweet. Seems to be a little less sweet and it works exactly the same as the other flavors. I actually get pain relief for some rheumatoid arthritis by using this product. I'm grateful it's available, but I understand it might not be for long.
