The taste is good and I don't mind the chalky texture, but these aren't strong at all I have to take 2 instead of 1 which means they won't last as long. I definitely won't be purchasing these again , if you're new to 7Oh these might work well for you. The good thing about my order was I ordered Sunday afternoon and it was delivered by Wednesday afternoon.
