Every other time I get it

Every other time I get it, they shorted me. It’s supposed to come in 10. And every time I count at least one bottle has nine or eight.. I contacted their support and I got no answer.

Thanks for bringing this up—this is frustrating, especially when it’s happening repeatedly.

If you’re consistently receiving fewer units than advertised and haven’t gotten a response from support, that’s not how it should be handled. The most important step now is to make sure this gets properly documented and escalated.

Try contacting support again with:

* Your order numbers
* Photos of the bottles you received (including counts)
* Any previous support messages showing no reply

If there’s a phone line, calling directly is usually faster than email for inventory or packing issues. You can also ask specifically for a supervisor or escalation so it doesn’t stay stuck in a general queue.

Work OK; but crumbly making precision dosing impossible

These 250mg came with at least one of them completely powder. All 3 bottles came like this. The rest of them are so crumbly it is impossible to dose them precisely. But what there is of them seeems to work good on my pain, I'll definitely give it that.
